How do I build a golf practice plan?
Decide how many sessions you can realistically fit into a week, pick the one or two areas that cost you the most strokes, and give every session drills with a measurable pass target instead of just hitting balls. Repeat the same drills every few weeks to see whether you are actually improving. Strenvio builds this for you: choose 1 to 7 sessions a week over 4 to 12 weeks, and it picks drills that target your weakest skills at the right difficulty, lays them out week by week and explains why each drill was chosen. With no history yet, your first week becomes a baseline that measures every area.
What golf drills should I practice?
Start with the part of your game that costs you the most strokes. For most amateurs that is putting and the short game, so drills like the Clock Drill for short putts and the Ladder Drill for lag-putting distance control pay off fastest; Wedges Distance Control, Driver Dispersion and Line in the Sand cover approach, tee shots and bunker contact. Pick a level where the pass target is a real challenge, and move up once you pass it consistently. Strenvio has 39 drills across putting, chipping, approach, off the tee, bunker and course management, each with Easy, Normal, Hard and Elite targets.
How should I split practice time between putting, chipping and driving?
A good starting split is Putting 35–40%, Chipping 25–30%, Approach 20–25%, Off the Tee 10–15%, Bunker 10–12%, Course Management 5–10% of your practice time. Putting gets the biggest share because putts are roughly two in every five strokes, even on the PGA Tour (about 29 putts in a round of about 71). From there, shift time towards whichever area your own results show is weakest.
What does Strenvio measure?
Every ball you hit in a drill. From those results Strenvio shows make rates by distance for putting and chipping, miss patterns (short, long, left or right) and dispersion, off-the-tee corridors, bunker escape rates and your pass rate on every drill and level, with trends against the previous period. Benchmarks compare you with developing, intermediate, advanced and PGA Tour reference curves. Strenvio is not a swing-analysis app: it measures what your shots actually do.
Do I need any extra hardware or sensors?
No. You need your phone, a few tees or alignment sticks and balls. Every drill tells you exactly how to set it up. If you practise with a launch monitor such as Trackman, some approach drills can use it too.
Where can I use it: range, practice green or course?
All of them. Putting and chipping drills work on any practice green, approach and off-the-tee drills on the range, and the course-management drills are built for on-course play and mental routines.
I’m a beginner. Is Strenvio for me?
Yes. Every drill has Easy, Normal, Hard and Elite versions with realistic pass targets for each level, and insights compare you with players at your own level, not just tour pros.
How does the AI coach work?
The coach reads your recorded drill results, your goals and your skill level, compares them with benchmark curves, and recommends one focus area with a drill to work on. The free plan includes limited access to advanced AI summary and coaching; Monthly and Annual give you full access to advanced AI coaching.
Can I use metres instead of feet and yards?
Yes. Pick your units in the app and every drill distance, chart and recommendation follows. This website has the same switch on the drill pages.
Which languages are supported?
The app and the AI coach are available in English and Czech.
How many drills are there?
There are 39 drills today across putting, chipping, approach, off the tee, bunker and course management, and new drills arrive with app updates.
Is it golf only?
Golf is our focus right now. Tennis and basketball are on the roadmap.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Open Manage subscription in the app, or your App Store / Google Play account settings, at any time.
