Buckets
Stand a bucket on the green as your aiming point and mark a landing zone around it. Build four stations in a straight line from 3–20 yd — the exact distances and the size of the zone vary by difficulty tier. Hit 5 balls from each station with two different wedges — 40 shots total. Score 1 point every time the ball first lands inside the zone. Track your points per wedge to find out which club performs best at each distance.

Setup & execution
Stand a bucket on the green as your aiming point and mark an 8-ft landing zone around it. Set up four stations in a straight line behind it at 4, 7, 10, and 13 yd. Choose two different wedges and hit 5 balls from each station with each wedge — 40 shots in total. These are the standard Buckets distances with a tighter zone than Easy. The 13-yd station will quickly reveal gaps in your wedge calibration — a club that felt solid at 7 yd can behave very differently further out. Commit to a specific landing spot before each shot and track which wedge scores most consistently across the full range.
Goal
Score 1 point every time the ball first lands inside the zone. Farther stations add 4 extra reward points per distinct distance rank, while your pass target still uses the original flat outcome values — reach 18 to pass. Compare your point totals per wedge to identify your sharpest short-game club.
Tour context
Shot Scope puts mean proximity from inside 50 yd at 18 ft for a 15-handicap and 15 ft for a 10-handicap. Landing 18 of 40 chips inside an 8-ft zone across 4–13 yd is the distance calibration that separates those two bands.
Scoring options
Pick how you are rewarded. Each option records different outcomes and feeds different insights.
Classic
Hit it or don't. A miss costs you nothing.
Points
Leaving it short hurts twice as much as any other miss.
Never Short
Come up short and you lose a point. Other misses are free.

ChippingTee Ball
Find a good lie two steps off the green. Place tees in a line from 2 yd to 14 yd from the front of the green, each tee 2 yd further out. Chip one ball to each tee and score by where the ball finishes, not by whether you strike the tee. Play the full ladder with two wedges — 28 shots in all.
ChippingLand It Low
Hit low-trajectory chip-and-run shots with the lowest-lofted wedge you trust. Land balls inside a chipping ring set 2, 4, or 6 yds onto the green depending on difficulty, with rollout reference discs at 10 and 15 yds. The ring shrinks as the tier rises. Complete three rounds and track how efficiently you can land six balls inside it.
Chipping Premium optionsLine in the Sand (Chipping)
Draw a line in the turf and chip to targets from 3-24 yd, scoring each shot by whether the club bottoms out on or just after the line.
