Practice plans

Golf Practice Plans (Week by Week, with Pass Targets)

A golf practice plan should say which drills to do, at which level, for how long and when to move on. Every plan here does that, for one part of the game or for a goal like breaking 90. Each drill links to its setup and pass targets, and new plans are added regularly.

How the plans are built

Every drill has a pass target

Each session lists the drill, the level, the time it takes and the target that counts as a pass, so you always know whether a session went well.

Levels go up when you pass

Plans start at Easy or Normal and move up a level only on drills you have passed. Miss a drill twice and you stay at its level for another week.

Three areas at most per session

Like the plans in the app, a session never mixes more than three areas of the game, so you can walk the practice facility once.

A test at the end

The multi-week plans end with a scoring game or a repeat of an earlier week, so you can compare your scores.

Want a plan built from your own results?

The plans on this page are the same for everyone. In Strenvio you choose 1 to 7 sessions a week over 4 to 12 weeks, and the app picks drills for your weakest skills at the right difficulty, lays them out week by week and explains why each drill was chosen. With no history yet, your first week becomes a baseline that measures every area.
