Fairway Accuracy
Hit 15 tee shots into a 30 yd–50 yd corridor — width varies by difficulty tier — and track your fairway hit percentage and miss tendencies.
Difficulty levels
Setup & execution
On the range, mark a fairway corridor 40 yd wide at least 150 yd away. Hit 15 tee shots with your driver and record every result. This corridor mirrors the width of a typical tree-lined parkland fairway. A pattern of consecutive misses on the same side is diagnostic information, not bad luck — commit the direction to memory after every shot. Between shots, step away, reset your pre-shot routine, and pick a fresh start line before stepping back in.
Goal
Land 6 or more of your 15 tee shots inside the 40-yard corridor to pass (40%). Compare your miss-left vs miss-right totals — identifying your dominant miss direction is as valuable as the fairway count.
Tour context
Experienced amateurs (HCP 11.5–18.4) typically hit 35–45% of fairways. Finding 6/15 (40%) in a 40-yard corridor aligns with the top of this band and directly translates to fewer penalty situations on the course.

Classic
You find the fairway or you don't. A miss costs you nothing.
Points
The fairway pays double; every miss costs you a point.
Direction
Every miss costs you, whichever side it goes.

Off the TeeDriver Dispersion
Hit 10 driver shots into a target corridor — width ranges from 15 to 30 yd depending on difficulty — and map your dispersion pattern to identify directional tendencies.
Off the TeeSpeed Ladder
Mark your own baseline carry, then work through a set of tee shots trying to pass it — first for raw speed, then without giving up the corridor. Progress is measured against your own baseline, not a fixed distance.
