Present Moment Reset
After a difficult shot, identify what happened, what the current situation requires and the next specific target. Track successful resets and emotional carry-over.
Difficulty levels
Setup & execution
Log a reset after any **penalty or duffed shot**. Run the full three steps: name what happened and let it go, look at what the situation in front of you actually requires, then commit to one specific target. Grade yourself honestly. A clean reset means the next shot got your full commitment — not that the next shot was good.
Goal
Run all three steps after every penalty or duffed shot, and keep carry-overs to a minimum across the round.
Scoring options
Pick how you are rewarded. Each option records different outcomes and feeds different insights.
Classic
A reset scores, a slow one still counts, carrying it over costs.
Strict
Only a clean reset scores. Carrying it over costs double.
Discipline
Anything but a clean reset costs you.

Course ManagementPar 18 (On-Course Simulation)
Play 9 holes with a par-2 target per hole using only your short game, simulating decision-making pressure on every shot.
Course ManagementFairway Decision Ladder
Compare your driver against a safer tee club across wide, standard and narrow fairway corridors — from 15 to 50 yd depending on difficulty. Hit five shots with each club at every width, then see which club finds more fairways and learn when the driver's extra distance is worth the added dispersion.
Course ManagementNegative Self-Talk Counter
Track every moment of negative self-talk during a round. The goal is to recognise unhelpful thoughts early, reset quickly and gradually reduce their frequency.
